Why do you need to share the Gospel or the word of God to your friends?
9 Two are better than one,
because they have a good return for their labor:
10 If either of them falls down,
one can help the other up.
But pity anyone who falls
and has no one to help them up.
11 Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm.
But how can one keep warm alone?
12 Though one may be overpowered,
two can defend themselves.
A cord of three strands is not quickly broken. (Ecclesiastes 4:9-12)
Look for an opportunity to share the Gospel to your friends. Do not waste your time talking about other people’s lives; instead show your concern in your friend’s problem and comfort him the right way. Give a Godly advice instead of gossiping or imitating others in giving worldly advice.
26 The righteous choose their friends carefully,
but the way of the wicked leads them astray. Proverbs 12:26
If your friend always shares her love problem grab the opportunity and share to her the love of God for her. Tell your secrets for being confident being single because you know that God has better plans for you. Trust that God is in control in touching the heart of your friend. All you have to do is to share your testimonial as a single person waiting for God’s perfect time.
A true friend will not let his friend suffer into depression not knowing the true meaning of having God in his life.
